• Introduce more girls and young women to the technology side music industry.

• Raise confidence and self-esteem, by learning creative skills in a supportive environment.

• Contribute to breaking down assumptions and stereotypes, by encouraging role models for future generations.

•  Use music therapeutically to work with women and girls who may have social, emotional and/or behavioural issues.

• Enhancing musical knowledge and understanding through learning DJing and sound engineering skills.

• Using young people’s knowledge and interest in music to develop their capabilities within the music curriculum.
