Missperception's passion for the underground has been growing for the past 17 years now. Over those years influence has grown from many forms to take her to where she is today.

She first hit the decks in 2000, but it wasn't until 2002 that she started to DJ out. Performing in different Bars, Clubs, Pirate Radio, Free Parties,festivals playing different styles of underground music.

In 2004 she attended a music technology course at the Jam Factory in York for 2 years, Learning how to produce & engineer, building her own studio along the way. Since leaving there she has had many interest by different labels and interest in her live performances from all over the globe. Currently she is signed to the German record label 'Tekknik Exprimental' and has began a venture in her bringing to life her own label 'Algorithm' where she can showcase her different styles of music as well as sign other talented artists.

Missperception is a resident for 'JOY' held at the Mint Club in Leeds UK, playing live sets of her own material and remixes.
